AI scrum master
AI will be integrated with Jira, GitHub, Slack, Email, Google Calendar, Zoom.
The AI will work alongside with the PM and will only give suggestion to the PM on what to do. The PM will be the one actually doing all the work. First, it has to be a learning process for the AI to see what the PM is doing. So it will be integrated with the above data source to pull in all the action the PM is performing in the various systems. But once it learns enough of it, it can perform the below actions.
Before sprint planning - AI schedule sprint planning meeting in Google Calendar with the appropriate people, product owner, development team, stakeholders. Generated an appropriate agenda for the meeting.
Send reminders - AI sends Slack and email reminders to people who haven't read the agenda yet.
During sprint planning create action items - AI listen in on the Zoom meeting and create action items, send it to appropriate person. Create Jira ticket, and GitHub assign and assign them to the correct person. AI suggests sprint goals. Visualize dependencies and backlogs. Suggest and record decision.
Daily standup - AI schedule daily standup, AI records progress for each IC.
AI suggests sprint tasks to the team.
