Is it possible to set window focus and then do macro keypress within the Lau code?

Using your examples I can set Macros to only fire when a window is selected. This is useful to me if I want the macro/key to do different things depending on the X window that has focus. I would like to do the opposite which is to hit a key/macro and have it set focus to a window. Is that possible?
