wwr ratio using height and width instead of current implementation

The wwr implementation we have now in besos will break if people use this way of placing windows, since the wwr changes the vertex explicitly of a fenstration detail, it doesn't even consider height and width, start x,y as an option. I think this might be the lacking knowledge of Will and Paul when they built this implementation. We can make an issue on the board for one of the co-ops to look into this.
