Doesn't respect Nextcloud language settings

I noticed that this app (and also GPXPod & GPXEdit) don't respect the Nextcloud user-language setting.

I.e. if the browser/OS language is set to for example German but the user settings for Nextcloud are set to English, all the rest of Nextcloud is in English, but this app is in German.

Not a major bug, but a bit annoying if you use shared computers in a foreign country where you are happy that you can choose the language in Nextcloud.
