No locations logged

Ive setup phonetrack on my device, created a new session and then started a new job but no locations are tracked. Ive had it running for ~3 hours and 0 locations are pending to be sent and zero are sent.

Is there a way to manually track a point?

Possibly unrelated but when attempting to get a location via SMS I get the following reply:

PhoneTrack failed to get position after 120 seconds
