gpx tracks unavailable (version 2.0)

I have an issue that looks very similar to what I had with the previous version (#31 (closed)) but with version 2.0. It has worked correctly for a few days. For some external reasons, I had to reinstall completely nextcloud. Well ok, I really messed up with the calendar app, and as I'm still testing things, I decided to start fresh. So I deleted the cloud folder on my server, deleted the database and its user. Then I reinstalled nextcloud from scratch (downloaded from nextcloud website). I reinstalled my apps and reuploaded my files and that's where this problem reappeared: my same old gpx files that were correctly displayed last week don't appear anymore. Not even the test gpx file that comes with the app. I don't think anything changed on the hosting server in the last week (but I can't swear)
I'm a bit lost there, that's why I post here. Do you have any idea what could have happened that prevents gpxpod from working correctly now.
