Edition Improvement : added points altitute (when dividing lines)

When adding a missing point there is no altitude. It would be great to have an option when openning the .pgx "Do you want to add average altitude when adding new points ?", the altitude beeing an average one of the point before and the point after. For example : point one is 50m high, point two is 100m high, adding a point in middle, default added altitute 75m high. Or even a better way : the new altitude is calculated even when moving missing points. When a point is added, it's in the middle of the line (with middle average altitude) and if I move it next to one of the existing point, the altitude is recalculate regarding the percentage the point is next to first point or second point of the original line.
