Issue editing settlements

I found a small regression with the new UI: I used to be able to click on a settlement bill to edit its values, e.g. the date of the settlement. I use this to always settle on the last day of a month - sometimes I only do it a few days later and then date it back.

When clicking on a settlement bill, nothing happens. If another bill was selected before, that bill continues to be displayed. If no bill was selected, an empty page is shown.

Nothing is shown in NC log or the browser console.
