UI-Improvements

Hi! I have some small ideas for a more clean ui:

1. Add Settlement Button below Expenses button to quickly get to the settlements.
2. Replace 1.99 (You → Other, Other2, You) with something more descriptive 1.99 owned by Other, Other2 and you (Since the user is displayed with his profileimage, replace the tooltip with the username and you get a cleaner ui
3. Differentiate expenses and settlements. Currently a settlement is a reverse expense, which is fine on a technical basis, but it is not easily seen in the ui. An idea would be to add a flag isSettlement, which changes the text accordingly to something like this: 1.99 settled with PersonOwned
4. Display the time left before an item is truly deleted, so that the state is more clear to the user
5. Display Currency (I cant seem to find where the main currency affects anything, is that working as intended?)
6. Use Localized Dates in the Expenses List
7. The gray background of a project clashes with the hover-effects

I can try to make some changes, but what do you think about those changes?
