ValueError in emd.imftools.assess_harmonic_criteria

Function: emd.imftools.assess_harmonic_criteria(IP, IF, IA, num_segments=20, base_imf=2)

Error Message:

ValueError: all the input array dimensions for the concatenation axis must match exactly, but along dimension 1, the array at index 0 has size 3268 and the array at index 1 has size 3267.

When running this function and len(IP)/num_segments results in value other than integer (e.g. 4.3) np.array_split (line 414 in imftools.py) produces subarrays with different length resulting in error in concatenating in line 415. If len(IP)/num_segments = integer (e.g. 4) function works
