Run tests on WIN64
Look like I'm unable to run the test in windows 64 mode. From a clean develop branch after
nmake ECL_WIN64=1
nmake ECL_WIN64=1 install
I tried
> (load "../../src/tests/ecl-tests.asd")
#P"********/ecl/src/tests/ecl-tests.asd"
> (asdf:load-system 'ecl-tests)
