ecl-15.2.21 crashes (Frame stack overflow) on windows 7, built with visual studio 2012 express for windows desktop

It builds with commit 4e1d62d1.

BTW, I followed https://chriskohlhepp.wordpress.com/embedding-lisp-in-cplusplus-a-recipe/ the sample also crashed while I pressed CTRL-C.
