[bug] Unknown keyword: :SUPERSEDE

Currently on the master branch, building a completely vanilla ECL with make and running build/bin/ecl results in:

Condition of type: SIMPLE-PROGRAM-ERROR
Unknown keyword :SUPERSEDE
No restarts available.

That VCS-ID looks a little strange though (seems to be a commit from May), I definitely built from the HEAD of master. 🤔
