make uninstall issues
make uninstall leaves a few files (namely bin/ecl, lib/libecl*), what is undesired behavior.
It also leaves created directories (if they didn't exist earlier), but i think it's fine, because they might have been created before, and even if empty, are mentioned to be in place.
Steps to reproduce (2): ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/ecl-buggy/ make sudo make install sudo make uninstall find /usr/local/ecl-buggy/
Expected result: nothing, eventually empty folders Actual result:
/usr/local/ecl-buggy
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/share
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/share/man
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/share/man/man1
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/lib
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/lib/libecl.so.15
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/lib/libecl.so.15.2.21
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/lib/libecl.so.15.2
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/bin
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/bin/ecl
/usr/local/ecl-buggy/include
