Use external vcard package rather than include an outdated version

Could you please merge your versions of vcard.el and once that is
complete stop bundling that library with other packages.

Currently if someone uses multiple of the packages that bundle this
library the version earlier in the load-path get's loaded and that
might not work for all of the packages.
