Pick first remote that matches github/bitbucket/gitlab instead of just first remote
As mentioned in #12, if your first remote is some private repo, and the second one is github, you'll get an error. It'd make sense for insert-issue--get-remote-url
to go through the list and pick the first one that's one of github/bitbucket/gitlab instead of just picking the first.
