Maybe default color in \definechangesauthor should be equal to that of anonymous user
Rationale: the default formatting assumes a color, otherwise something like \added[id=FMi]{these three words}
is ambigous since it is not immediately visible that "these three" are part of the addition in the formatted text. So keeping a single color by default for all authors seems better than black for new ones.
