Check names of temporary channels as well
In case the name of a temporary channel violates a filter rule, the according term should be replaced by ***
. If users with channel admin permissions are present, these users should be notified about that violation via poke notification or offline message.
However, no penalty-points should be given to channel admins, if the name of a temporary channel violates a filter rule. Because, it's not possible to determine which user choose that name. Only after multiple violations those channel admins could receive penalty-points or even lose their permission to edit temporary channel. But they would have to be notified about those consequences, most likely via offline message.
It should also be configurable, if a filter should be used on temporary channels ore not.
