Does not build - use of `ql` in system file

The use of ql:quickload in the system file does not work with Quicklisp. Also, trivial-asdf-extensions is not known to Quicklisp and seems to be a new, incomplete project?

The normal way to extend asdf for the purpose of defsystem is to use :defsystem-depends-on.
