remove setters for IDs & collections in entities · 7459be74
      Emma authored
Setters for IDs are useless since IDs are never assigned
programatically, and the RDBMS seems to override those that are manually
assigned anyway. Setters for collections are useless because they
overwrite the existing collection. Additionally, every getter for a
collection returns a Collection object with add/remove methods for
manipulating collections (which I rarely do to begin with), so there's
really no point in having setters at all. For classes where
adding/removing stuff to collections occur often, we can just have
      adder/remover methods for convenience.
