output "biomass" and "model version" are ambiguous when integrating with other models

The output is saved in a hardcoded "biomass_x.json" (only directory not file names can be adjusted). Better rename to plantBiomass, so it is less ambiguous when running with ohter models. When used as dynamic library, the model should not print "model version x" but "plant model version x".
