New lintian warnings

I finally rebuilt ulm packages with the changes from !4 (merged) but lintian is now throwing new warnings. I am not sure what this means yet:

• W: ulm source: newer-standards-version 3.9.8 (current is 3.9.7)
• W: ulm: hardening-no-relro usr/bin/ulm
