Registering someone else wrongly checks for whether >I< have booked another event in that slot

If I try to register a new event for someone else, or book a seat in an event for someone else, and the option "Can attendees register and/or organize more than one event in the same time slot?" is activated, then easy-con wrongly checks whether >> I << have another registration in that slot, where it should check whether the person I am registering for has another registration in that slot.

While it is a workaround to disable said option for a short time, but then I have to check manually for each registered person, whether my action would result in a double booking or not.

During the hot phase, when the events are locked and we don't allow the hosts to shift them around any longer, this becomes a major problem, as any change has to be done by the organizers after that point and it is important to check whether the change requests sent by the GMs (or due to attendee cancellation or late bookers from the waitlist) would result in conflicts. It costs a lot of time that we don't really have during the last weeks before the con, to do all those checks manually. - And if I forgot to reset that option, chaos ensues.
