add swap space warning to recommendations for Linux environment creation

warn users creating Linux environments about partitioning with swap space (not really any benefits to doing this within a QCOW file; further, swap space might be full when saving derivatives and wind up inflating the derivative QCOW layer size more than necessary or expected)
