vimrc no longer has loads of slow crap, and it is more organized. a
different foldmarker was chosen to make folds more clear when not
folded. smiley faces are cute but not too useful.

maps and commands separated; autoload used more - no more <sid>s in
vimrc.

plugins simplified greatly.
