v0.1.0
protectedRelease: forgehand v0.1.02c9d9ed1 · ·forgehand v0.1.0 First release. A daemon that serves GitHub Actions scale sets as a GitHub App and runs each job on a fresh VM from a fleeting plugin, with a just-in-time runner started over SSH. - taskscaler drives capacity, so most gitlab-runner `[runners.autoscaler]` settings carry over. - Restart adoption: busy VMs survive a crash or restart and their jobs finish. `SIGUSR1` hands VMs to the next process for an upgrade. - Tested end to end with fleeting-plugin-libvirt v0.1.0, including UEFI Secure Boot, a vTPM and PCI passthrough. - A sandboxed example systemd unit (`examples/forgehand.service`); secrets arrive only as systemd credentials. Install: binaries for linux amd64 and arm64 on this page, or `go install gitlab.com/dunn.dev/forgehand/cmd/forgehand@v0.1.0`. Each binary has a `.sha256` and a cosign `.bundle` in the package registry; see Verify a release in the README. Before 1.0, a minor release (0.2) may rename, remove or change a configuration key; a patch release (0.1.x) never does. Each break is listed in that release's notes with the change to make.
