Normalize GPX track

Some trackers generate "dummy points" while they have no signal, which distorts the data:

It would be nice to clean up such dummy points, so that the graph and the uphill/downhill calculations are correct. That however would mean that we don't save an exact copy of the input file, which should be done with care.
