fix(android-api30): add debugging method to getExternalFilesDir
I was really hoping we could make the Documents
folder work like Robbie thought.
According to the accepted and other answers here we can use Documents. We may just be doing it wrong or not using that path in certain cases: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65637610/saving-files-in-android-11-to-external-storagesdk-30
The Android docs say something similar here: https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/storage#permissions-target-11
Keep in mind that, on devices that run Android 10 (API level 29) or higher, your app can contribute to well-defined media collections such as MediaStore.Downloads without requesting any storage-related permissions
I brought this up at the IPCAM call yesterday and confirmed no one is using Flic. So, it is fine that we're removing it for this fix. I removed it in a way it would be easy to put back in if we want to.
