swap potentiometer wiring such that increasing azimuth corresponds to increasing voltage as in previous behavior

A HW change to the wrap counter introduced another gear which reversed the sense of the potentiometer. To keep previous behavior consistent, the wiring of the pot to the voltmeter needs to be changed.
