In addition to visitors and contributors to the site not being confronted with spam content:

Given that I am logged in as a content editor,
when I visit the content moderation queue
I want to see no to very few spam comments requiring human moderation so that i can do worthwhile things with my life.

And:

A contributor to the site does not have a post or comment permanently disappeared as spam

Background

Spam is terrible and pervasive.
