Determine whether to use gitlab or another tool for the economic model aspect of Drutopia

Let's decide how we want to communicate about the economic side of this project. I think it makes more sense to use a more internal tool for now than gitlab.

I suggest Crabgrass - we.riseup.net

as it is free software and has a lot of features that lend itself well to internal group communication.
