Better CI approach for DrupalSpoons
Hello project maintainers
At your earliest convenience, you are encouraged to upgrade your .gitlab-ci.yml file so that you start using our new composer plugin (thanks @jurgenhaas). The big advantage to this approach is that you can remove any special files you added for Spoons CI (/.spoons, phpunit.xml.dist, phpcs.xml.dist, much of composer.json, etc). Those are now created for you by the plugin. After removal, your project will look identical to a drupal.org hosted project with one additional file - .gitlab-ci.yml. keycdn!8 (diffs) illustrates the removals. This change will help projects keep up with Spoons CI without any more updates like this one.
CI docs are at https://gitlab.com/drupalspoons/webmasters/-/blob/master/docs/ci.md. You'll see there that you replace any current .gitlab-yml contents with a copy from Devel.
