Can't invite co-maintainers

One of my co-maintainers just returned from vacation and created his gitlab.com account so I went over to https://gitlab.com/groups/drupaladmins/signageos/-/group_members to invite him there but I can't.

The same applies to all my 8 projects, so maybe something wrong with my permissions?
