Azure NC24 instance loses the GPUs

I'm still investigating this issue, but I believe it is like this: If I create a Ubuntu server instance (I've tried 14.04 and 18.04) and then I check that I have four instances of a nvidia K80 GPU. I then run the vps2arch script, and voila I have a Arch Linux! However, the Arch Instance is only listed with one K80 GPU?

(I'm still investigating this issue, and I'll report more when I know more)
