Weapon Item to Weapon Attack notes prepended with "undefined"

  1. Create a weapon item with "Attack Notes" and "Effect Notes"
  2. Use the "Create Attack" function on the item.
  3. inspect the created "Weapon Attack" in Combat, and you will notice that the Attack Notes and Effect Notes are prepended with "undefined" and a carriage return.
