Improve the naming of VI Packages

When looking at the available packages on VIPM for the search term "DQMH", it is not immediately clear which packages you need, which are the actual framework vs. which are addons, which are official packages vs. addons...

• Rename package to "Module Validation CLI for DQMH" (putting the "for DQMH" at the end of the package name)
