Deliver a cell signal booster to Mwiya, Sepo, and AIR house

We want to improve video call capabilities from Nkwashi site in order to make it possible for remote knowledge workers in AIR or HIR to fully participate in their activities. Prior to having a fiber line installed, the easiest way to do this is with a cell-phone signal booster, like this one: wilsonpro.com/products/pro-70-plus-50ohm

This acts like a relay between the cell phone and the tower, effectively bringing the phone much closer to the tower. This will improve performance that stems from poor connectivity (although won't alleviate performance that's caused by network load.)

We'd like to send one to Mwiya and Sepo for their house and one to set up outside the AIR house.
