Transition from Ops Manager to Advisor - April Malone

Here are the steps required to offboard employees:

Manager TODOs

Administrative

System Administrator TODOs

For the system administrator to complete. (Manager: please assign to either Nolan or April.)

  • Remove from Google Suite, and any group membership within (e.g. "eng" or "CSM")
    • If there are legal issues pending with the teammate, Suspend rather than Delete the user.
    • If there are no legal issues, then Delete the user. That teammate's manager should make the decision on whether to keep any documents or data from the account.
  • [ ] Downgrade GitLab access (remove Owner) - use "Maintainer" role under the "DoubleGDP" Group by default
  • Remove Slack access
  • Google Analytics (should be automatic via SSO)
  • Remove from DGDPYouTube
  • Remove from OnePassword
    • Double-check individual vault access
  • Remove Zoom (if appliable) - use "Basic" account for engineers, "Licensed" account for teammates who we expect to host meetings frequently
  • Remove from Expensify (if applicable) - only remove if there are no pending transactions/expense reports
  • Remove from AirTable CRM (if applicable)
