Airchena.com domain and g suite subscription

Opening an issue to discuss whether we still need g suite for airchena.com.

@zoussi Do you use the @airchena.com email address? Does Chena still use it?

If so, we need to add the airchena.com domain, purpose/description, and group contact emails (not individual) to the handbook.
