Add images to discussion boards

As a user I want to upload images to the discussion boards so I can share pictures of my visits to Nkwashi

Acceptance criteria:

• Option to take one picture available next to text field on comment on discussion board
• Option to attach an existing picture on phone available next to text field on comment on discussion board
• Send the picture that is selected or taken as a comment
• Allow other discussion board members to view the images that have been sent

Notes: See facebook messenger ot Gitlab type of interface. Also, in future there maybe a need to attach multiple pictures.
