Add edit and cancel to Guest List

Add the ability for the user to edit and cancel an invitation in GP and CM.

Requirements (checklist preferred)

Engineer checklist:

• Add ability to cancel an invitation. (show a canceled status in status chip)
• Add ability to edit an invitation (Date and Time)
• Add a kabab on the cards in the Guest List that show the two options: "Edit" and "Cancel"
