Not currently using any Phabricator instance, and the upstream builds of
arc don't include the bash completion stuff.

This is necessary for flyspell in emacs.

Most importantly, `TERM xterm-termite` is present and the colors are in the
zenburn palette

The rebinding to C-x interferes with the default bindings for ctrlp.vim, which
I use far more often than stopping my terminal.

This is useful, for instance, to change the plugins one wishes to load
(utilizing the .pre file) while also being able to have final say over
everything (utilizing the .post file).

Not super useful, but it will at least remind me that stat exists.

Had a more complicated one that handled 16-bit as well, but most of the time
that I'm checking, I just want to know if the CPU is 64-bit
