Fedora 31 installation setup

Hi,

In a X86_64 Fedora 31 system, I had to execute the following steps:

texlive-gnu-freefont \
texlive-gnu-freefont-doc \

sudo ln -s /usr/share/fonts/gnu-free /usr/share/fonts/freefont

That last step should probably be incorporated in Makefile:188.

I'll do a PR when I have a little more time.
