Picture / Portrait erased when mixing web & app

When adding a character portrait in the Web, it's not visible in the App... when adding it in the App, it's not visible in the Web. (Everything saved to the cloud)

Adding a portrait in the web, then re-adding it in the App removes it from the web, and vice-versa.
