Settings module now stores the Micropub endpoint when set via api.
Fixed a bug in previous commit to core.pub.js, checking if config
action is set is not required when the reader module is available.
Micropub endpoint was updated to allow for a custom action called
'notify' which means that the Reader module can notify external
users to update their feeds via Base->Notify. A couple of style
changes to Login module.
