Reader->AddFeed is called from Twitter->Content. Also fixed some
Twitter connection issues from previous commit. Fixed some typos
in previous commit to Reader module and added some improvements
such as removing Twitter auth when a twitter feed is removed and
fixed author name clashes by storing url instead of descriptive
names.
