List semantic repositories

Feature Request

🥅 Goal

As a advanced shepard user I want to configure semantic repositories so that I can use semantic annotations in my collections.

🏅 Acceptance Criteria

  1. On the main shepard top menu is a new section: "Configuration"
  2. In the new "Configuration" section there is a left hand side submenu that includes " "semantic repositories" as an item that displays the list of semantic repositories.
  3. The Semantic Repositories are shown as a table with the following columns: ID, Name, URL, Created at.
  4. Upon clicking on "Configuration" entry in the top menu, the user is directly redirected to the "semantic repositories" page
    1. There are no breadcrumbs to navigate within the "Settings" page
    2. The "semantic repositories" is the default page of the "Settings" page for now

Regarding AC 2.:

  • the new configuration section also requires adding a new page layout like it can be seen the Figma design
