clarify behavior with armored or binary material on input

We explicitely state what subcommands do about OpenPGP output with regards to ASCII-armored output, which depends on the --armor|--no-armor argument. But we don't explicitely say what should be done on input. Section 5 implicitely sets the rule there, per data point, but it seems good to refer explicitely to it here.
