Equation not rendered when nested in a description list

If the stem expression is located in a description list, it is not rendered.

For example:

where::
stem:[V] is a vector in the vector list stem:[V_0, ...,V_{n-1}] called the search template.

or

where::
- stem:[V_{k=0,n-1}] = the _n_ vectors of the search template.
- stem:[F(i + V_k)] = the facies at the cell stem:[i + V_k].
