Consider deploying as an Antora extension with full json configuration

Antora extensions allow complex configuration in the playbook, so it would be easy to specify a complete json configuration (e.g. https://docs.mathjax.org/en/latest/options/input/tex.html) for mathjax as an Antora extension configuration. I have not investigated how difficult it would be to supply this configuration to mathjax.
